Sometimes, a terminally ill patient needs the kind of support and care that can only be offered at a specialized inpatient center. Designed for patients and their loved ones to feel as if they were in a home away from home, Solari’s inpatient homes in Houston and Las Vegas are among the few free-standing inpatient centers in the country exclusively devoted to hospice care.
Within a tranquil setting, Solari's specially trained team of physicians, pharmacists, registered nurses, certified nursing aides, administrative staff and counselors offers the most sensitive and comforting care designed for each patient's unique needs.
In Las Vegas, grand mahogany entry doors open into an inviting foyer with warm natural light streaming through high-arched windows. The hospice care center offers 12 private bedrooms for humane and compassionate care, a soothing family gathering room and a serene chapel for spiritual meditation.
At the first inpatient home in Houston designed singularly for hospice care, mature pecan trees and tranquility gardens surround a state-of-the-art facility with 12 spacious private rooms equipped with comfortable beds and sofa sleepers. Family gathering rooms emulate the warmth and familiarity of one’s own family living room, with wireless Internet access, cozy furnishings and eye-pleasing décor.
Both inpatient homes are attended 24 hours a day by a compassionate team prepared to meet the individualized needs of patients and their loved ones. Spiritual and bereavement counselors are available upon request.
